High performers don't lack ambition, they often wait for perfect conditions. Those conditions rarely exist.
DECIDE AND BUILD ANYWAY.
Sauda Johnson-McNeal didn't wait for perfect conditions, she built around them. She launched a law partnership firm straight out of law school, later relocated to California where she ran her own firm while pursuing acting, and ultimately created her own opportunities by founding a production company and writing, financing, and starring in her own feature film independently.
No perfect moment. Just a decision to build anyway.
Today, she speaks to organizations and institutions about what it takes to decide and build, when conditions aren't perfect. That same decision-making approach continues to guide her work developing film and television projects, while also helping families through her nonprofit by providing educational legal resources.
